Behind every solution we deliver is a team of dedicated professionals who bring expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to everything they do.
Brian joined Gulf Rubber in January 2024 and brings 27 years of experience in the rubber industry. His expertise spans formulation, mixing, extrusion, molding, part and tool design, estimation, product development, and technical sales. He has held leadership roles across engineering, R&D, quality, laboratory, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Polymer Engineering.
Brian enjoys problem solving, design work, and creative chemistry, as well as strengthening teams and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. Outside of work, he spends time with family and friends, swimming, landscaping, and working on home improvement projects.
Zack Gettys has been with Gulf Rubber for over 8 years and values the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team. He enjoys collaborating with engineers and seeing the creative ways they develop solutions for complex designs. He is also a certified lead auditor in ISO 13485:2016 Medical.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys golfing, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Joseph Morales joined Gulf Rubber in February 2023 and brings 40 years of experience in silicone manufacturing. Having started his career as an operator, he has grown through engineering positions and into leadership roles. He takes pride in being part of a global organization that delivers elastomeric and plastic solutions for world-class customers across multiple industries.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking (especially smoking meats), motorcycle riding, being outdoors, and spoiling his three grandchildren.
Gregg Gearhart joined Gulf Rubber in April 2012 and brings 38 years of experience in thermoset elastomers for fluid control and sealing applications. His career includes leadership roles in engineering, operations, sales, and general management, supported by a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. At Gulf, he enjoys building a strong team focused on growing customer partnerships and improving efficiency.
Outside of work, he values time with his family and is especially enjoying his newest role as a grandparent.
Stacey Fox joined Gulf Rubber in November 2024 and enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes from assisting customers throughout the supply chain process. She values being part of a positive, supportive team and brings a wealth of experience from various roles in TPL and other manufacturing companies. At heart, she is a seasoned logistics coordinator.
Outside the office, she enjoys working out, gardening, skiing, hiking, and traveling with her family.
Tabitha Riscoehas been with Gulf Rubber for over 12 years and has enjoyed watching the company grow while gaining deep knowledge of the industry. With more than 16 years of experience, Tabitha has worked across international supply chain, product development, and operations in both startup and on-site manufacturing environments.
Outside of work, Tabitha enjoys spending time with two young children, traveling, cooking, hiking, and staying active.
Matt Bowers joined Gulf Rubber in November 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, and shipping. He enjoys being part of a close-knit team and finds fulfillment in meeting customer needs and delivering results.
Outside of work, Matt values time with his family and enjoys watching baseball.
Kenny Woods joined Gulf Rubber in September 2017 and has 20 years of experience in the rubber industry. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Polymer Engineering and an MBA, with a career spanning engineering, quality, and operations across the manufacturing, automotive, and medical device sectors. He has led multi-site quality management systems, driving ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications, implementing EQMS platforms, and managing suppliers across North America and Asia. His experience also includes supporting international product launches, QMS implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Before joining Gulf US, he held roles at Getzner, Goodyear, Yokohama, and Bridgestone.
At Gulf, he values the strong team atmosphere and commitment to quality. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing golf.
Cylinda Merath joined Gulf Rubber in January 2022 and brings 27 years of experience in the rubber industry. She began her career operating HCR and LSR molding equipment and has since gained broad experience across multiple areas of rubber manufacturing. At Gulf, she enjoys seeing the growth of the U.S. business and the variety that comes with being part of Skellerup.
Outside of work, she is a proud mother of three and two Chihuahuas. Her adult daughter lives in Minnesota with her husband, and she has two teenage sons at home. She enjoys traveling to warm, beachside destinations and attending music concerts with her husband, John.
Shaun Spacey joined Gulf Rubber in January 2007, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the plastics and rubber industry. He began his career in the UK as an apprentice Polymer Technician and went on to lead a plastic injection molding company before relocating to New Zealand in 2007. At Gulf, he combines his expertise in plastics and rubber to develop custom-engineered solutions, enjoying the variety of work, close collaboration with customers, and problem-solving challenges. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two teenagers and enjoys watching them grow and develop.
