What You'll Do
- Drive strategic business development and new customer acquisition
- Grow market share in target sectors, especially potable water and infrastructure
- Partner with technical teams to craft solutions that reduce client cost and improve function
- Representing the brand at key industry events and in-person meetings (50% travel)
- Build and lead long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue and innovation
What You'll Do
- Commercial/sales leadership in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing space
- Technical/operations experience—bonus if you've collaborated with engineers and production teams
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
- Preferred: Experience in the manufacture of products used in potable water distribution systems (high pressure water pipe, sealing and flow control)
- Direct Business to Business sales/product development experience with project timelines greater than 12 months
